Daily VPN limit not resetting

Options

The 200MB limit is not resetting daily. I used 100MB on Monday. When I logged in on Tuesday, it said I had 100MB remaining on my daily usage. Why is this not resetting back to 200MB every day? Thank you for any assistance.
