Microphone and Win11 Phone Link

I am using MIcrosoft's Phone Link on Windows 11
Rather than being an app with a location in Program Files it seems to be part of the Operating System
I can see how to add microphone access for an app with a specific location or to switch of microphone monitoring
How do I add Phone Link to the "allowed list"

This shows how to add an app (either via Windows Store or via the executable (such as C:\Program Files\xxx.exe)
but Phone Link is not a separate app
