Bitdefender Password Manager (BPW)

I used with great problems from the beginning BPW for several months now.

My latest problem is that for certain websites BPW no longer recognizes them and seems to have just lost the password and login. I've used BPW for these before, but now there is nothing there.

Is this a common problem and should I just switch to 1Password?
