Port Scan warning 192.168.1.254

Options

I got a port scan warning that was detected and blocked. I get this warning for this IP about every week.

The problem is the IP (192.168.1.254) is for the fiber internet modem (hard wired directly). Any way to make an exception for this IP as it's the IP I use if I want to manage / make changes on my modem.

I am hoping to to not have to totally turn off port scan protection, but I figure that allowing this IP to scan is okay (and wondering if the blocking affects my speed)
