    Hello,

    Can you provide a full URL? The URL you have provided seems to have a space, not sure it's intended.


    Moreover, could you please provide a screenshot (or just copy-paste the text) of the specific notification that says the website is blocked? The notifications area is in the main interface.


    Lastly, URL exceptions should be added under the main interface - Protection - Online Threat Prevention - Manage Exceptions. Please confirm that you tried adding the website there, and it is listed successfully.
