    Hello.

    -- STEP 1 --

    Repair Bitdefender, by following these steps:

    If the instructions from Step 1 didn't help, uninstall the Bitdefender program using the Uninstall Tool:

    It will completely remove the program.

    Next, reinstall Bitdefender from your Bitdefender Central account and see if the issue has been solved, as reinstalling the program usually solves the issues.

    -- STEP 3 --

    If the instructions from Step 2 didn't help, follow the instructions in this step.

    First, take screenshot(s) of the issue

    and create a log file on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:

    Next, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail:

    with short description of the issue.

    After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.

    Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log file you already created in the first step.

    Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find a solution to fix the issue.

    Remember that the screenshot(s) and the log file will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding a solution.

    Hello,

    What's the issue here? If you navigate in the "Notifications" area of the interface, you should have a button in the right side for deleting the notifications. You can also delete a specific category of notifications (by clicking on the wanted category before deleting - critical, warning or information).

    If you can't press the "Delete all" button or you encounter any issues when doing that, please let us know.

  • That used to work, but no longer does. That’s the problem. I push the buttons (whether “Delete all” or separately) and nothing happens.

  • Hmm.. this might be a glitch. Try to repair Bitdefender using these steps and let us know if the issue persists afterwards:

  • Repair Bitdefender will not solve this issue.

    I was told that there in no solution for this problem at the moment.

    Hopefully it will be fixed with future updates.

    I tried to find the location of the folder where the notification files are stored but no success.

  • I'm assuming this is still a problem and being worked on by BitDefender? I have the same problem (can't delete any notifications, button does nothing). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the product based on recommendations earlier in this thread but still have the same problem.

    This is not the expected behavior and not a subject of investigation just yet, since it could not be reproduced on our end. However, in the light of the above feedback, I think we should take a closer look.
