Hello, I read on another Forum that Bitdefender users also install Malwarebytes Anti Malware. Does this duo make sense?

Maybe the free version as an on-demand scan-only option, and not starting with Windows. Some make the real-time version work, but it's still competing with BD and its layers of protection. Bitdefender will work better unhindered or competing alongside another security app.
I am not judging anyone in this thread, but it can also be hard for us to know what can be causing an issue when we find out there were 2 other apps running at the same time as BD, in this case, Malwarebytes and Hitman Pro.
