Bitdefender Web Browser?
Has anyone thought about doing a Bitdefender Web Browser? I know Avast and AVG have their own Chrome-based web browser with all their extensions added to it with adblocking features included. I was wondering if Bitdefender will be coming out with their own browser soon. I am a loyal customer and would love to add a Bitdefender Web Browser to all my devices PC and Android!

Interesting suggestion, johndeere2023 :) I'm not sure BD would want to maintain something like that, but why not post the idea :) 👍️ 👍️

Good point, especially since we can create a desktop shortcut, even pin it to the taskbar, and go from there :)

I appreciate everyones comment, I never thought of SafePay to use at all lol. It wouldn't be a bad idea to create a browser for android tho but yes I do understand your concerns about maintenance and updates on the app

Precisely 🙂
Furthermore, you can add your favorite websites to the Bitdefender Safepay dashboard for quick and easy access:
Also, the secure browser is not limited to banking. Any website can be opened in Bitdefender Safepay.
Speaking of browser extensions, you can use Bitdefender Anti-Tracker with the most popular browsers to prevent websites from tracking you online:
When browsing on Android devices, Mobile Security uses an advanced anti-phishing system that scans webpages and warns you when you come across fraudulent pages. Among other interesting features, Mobile Security also includes App Anomaly Detection and this is a Bitdefender feature that protects against apps that are trying to monitor your activity, steal financial data, personal data, social media logins, actual money, cryptocurrencies, NFTS & others. App Anomaly Detection is an industry first and it requires Android 6 and later.
Therefore, online safety is already enhanced when using the app and I think this leaves little room for developing a browser with additional capabilities that can surpass the level of protection provided by Mobile Security for Android devices when browsing.
