Which cloud server to select in Security Virtual Appliance

I'm trying to setup the SVA under Hyper-V. The documentation isn't very straight forward on which cloud server to use. Each one I've tried always shows that it's Not Connected. The SVA was already configured under my Network/Installation Packages when I first logged in. I have entered my Company Hash each time and have tried leaving it blank also.

Please select the cloud server depending on your location:
cloudgz.gravityzone.bitdefender.com: GZ Cloud Instance 1 for EU region
cloud.gravityzone.bitdefender.com: GZ Cloud Instance 2 for US region
cloudap.gravityzone.bitdefender.com: GZ Cloud Instance 3 for Asia Pacific region
In regards to the Not Connected issue, please ensure that the following ports are opened:You will have to enter your Company Hash as well as per our documentation:
