Where is the blocked websites list?

If a website was blocked in the past, can I locate and unblock it later on?

    Hello @Homebody

To find your blocked web page, proceed as follows:

    1. Open the Bitdefender interface
    2. Click on "Notifications" (located on the left)
    3. Click on "Critical" (located at the top)
    4. Locate your blocked web page in the list
    5. Click on your blocked web page to view details

    Please keep us informed.

  • When a website is blocked, is it for that web-session only? Or is it for all time, or until manually un-blocked?
I don't have any blocked sites showing at the moment. Do they get un-blocked automatically?
If I delete the notification does that delete the blocking of the website?

    Good Day @Homebody,

I believe that you will have to add stated website to the exceptions list in online threat prevention. However this is based on your own accord and risk of the website that you are accessing given as stated above that it's being blocked by Bitdefender. The link below is for your reference to add it to the exception list as well as it gives you more details on as well:

If you also believe that the website is being blocked as a false positive, you can also submit a sample of it to Bitdefender Labs and they will check it as well as get back to you if it was a false positive. But if it's deemed malicious, Bitdefender will continue to block the website. Below is the link to get to Bitdefender Labs for your reference:

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

  • Firstly I find that is clumsy to use, almost the wrong way round. I'd find it easier to scroll thu a list of URLS, instead of having to open each of many notifications. The date something was blocked must surely be less important than what was blocked?

Secondly, just curious IO scrolled to the bottom notification (jan 9) - and saw bitdefender had blocked Windows/System32/dasHost.exe - but as far as I can tell, this is a valid windows app?

I want to be able to trust Bitdefender, but this gives serious pause…..

Finally - I'd now like to just that bitdefender isn't blocking other stuff that I might want to unblock - I DONT want to scroll thru a long list of notifications, stopping to open each one. Please make it simpler to manage the black- and white-lists
