Why Digital Identity Protection service to scan the email inbox doesn't works for outlook?
I have been having difficulty connecting my Outlook account to the Bitdefender Digital Identity Protection feature to scan received emails for some time now... I have already opened a ticket with support asking about it, unfortunately I have not received a satisfactory answer at the moment, in fact they only replied that the primary function of the service is to search for computer violations for connected emails... I replied that I know that this is the main function, but despite this the scanning feature for received emails exists and is not working for my Outlook... basically if I try to connect the email I do not receive any error message however subsequently checking the page that shows for which email addresses the inbox (received emails) is being scanned, the Outlook address in question is not shown....
Can you help me?
