Archived Incidents in BD GravityZone? (Cloud)

In GravityZone I am unable to see my company's incidents older than 90 days. Does BD automatically archive incidents at the 90 day mark? Am I able to view older incidents myself and just don't know where to look? Do I need to call BD to be able to view them?

Hello @CyberAnt,
The default period of retention for incidents and alerts is 90 days. This period can be extended by enabling either the GravityZone EDR 180 days Data Retention Add-on, or GravityZone EDR 365 days Data Retention Add-on. This option is not compatible with MSP subscription plans.
