Cannot Reset Password At Login
Hello,
I forgot my password to my account associated with the email [email removed by admin]. However, every single time I try to reset my password, I receive the same error message.
"Oops, something went wrong while resetting your password. Please try again later."
I have tried several dozen times over the course of several days and this issue has still not resolved itself. I had to ask my mother to let me use her account to ask this question because I could not get into my account to post on the forum.
I know that my email is still associated with an account for Bitdefender because if I try to create an account with that email, it says that the email is already in use for an account. How can I reset my password so that I can finally log in to my account?

Kindly contact Bitdefender support by visiting
Select, How to's & Troubleshooting Bitdefender products→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→ You will get the option of chat, call or email.
To get immediate update, make use of the chat option.
Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.

If you've followed the steps from the below article and you are still unable to reset the account password, delete the cache & cookies, reset your browser, use incognito mode and try other browsers as well. If everthing fails, resort to contacting the Support teams, as advised by Flexx above.
