As I checked, I have the default theme enabled in my Google Chrome browser, and I can also see the word "Helpful?". This word likely serves as a thumbs-up or thumbs-down option for rating an answer provided by a user in the Google Community, similar to agreeing or disagreeing with a resolution.

For some users, the word "Helpful?" may disappear due to an ad blocker interfering with its display, if one is enabled. Since changing the theme worked for you, I am unsure what the exact issue might be. As this pertains to the Google Community, you may need to seek an answer there.
