Hi buddy, have you tried to create a zone on the Firewall?
-
Hi Nusam, you might want to check the thread below and try the suggestion, good luck! http://forum.bitdefender.com/lofiversion/i...php/t29005.html

Hi Wakers, exclusion is working fine as far as I know. Can you please describe how you added the file/files/directory? This is to double check.
-
Ongoing issue buddy, all we can do right now is to sit tight and pray.
-
This is really serious. This means, people with Windows 10 won't have any protection for an indefinite time.
-
Hi, do you mean like tunnel all traffic to an interface or virtual interface? That feature is not for a firewall, rather VPN already. Or what do you mean specifically by "bind"?
-
Great idea. This has my vote as well!
-
vsserve.exe has been an ongoing issue I think for more than 2 years now. I really don't believe that it would take that long to have a fix for it.
-
I switched the adapter setting from Home/Office to Trusted and "voila", no more sync issues. Good one. In addition to that, it would also be nice that there will be some pop up message suggesting setting it to trusted. That will save a lot of time for both parties.
-
Hi Trapper, have you been given a response yet? How many days did this take to complete the process.
-
Hi, have you tried setting the VMware directory to firewall exclusion list? That might just solve the issue.
-
Hi Pozzo, when you say you cannot register, can you describe how you did this? An error message would help too.
-
Hi Overlord, I think the first step that you should do here is to make sure to run a system update. What version do you currently have on?
-
The problem might be with your user account. Have you tried to contact BD support yet via email? For the issue to be clear, can you also post a sceen shot as well?
-
Hi, just be patient, they will reply but it may take some time especially that it's a weekend.
-
Another option here would be to boot up to safe mode, run a system restore and boot up at normal mode again. I think that should fix it.
-
Can you also double check if your BD license is installed?
-
It would be very difficult if you check the logs for this case. I'd suggest to disable Bitdefender first and see if you'll still get the same error. Then you can formulate your next step.
-
I'd also be interested if there's a work around for this. On the other hand, I thought that this was already solved from the thread below. http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=47974

Using FileShredder after creation of the .csv limits the added security risks. Good one! That one has my vote as well.
-
As far as I know, there have been no issues on IDS at 64 bit systems. What issue are you specifically referring to?
-
Quick one here. What happens if you add svchost to exclusions? Do you get an error message here?
-
Hi, the error also mentioned about processor time. Are you trying to install this on a virtual machine? Additionally, it would also help I think if you could post the URL where you downloaded this from.
-
BD firewall is more robust than Windows. I'd recommend disabling Windows firewall since it might post some conflicts in the future for you.
-
Hi, the tutorial only shows how to configure it. How about real time status like showing no threats found at the moment?
-
Hi, latest version of Firefox is already 39.0. Have you tried this as well? Make sure that the installer as well is 64bit.
-
I think for NAS support, it would only be applicable at Enterprise version. No home users will use it.
-
You also want to make sure that there's not other security software installed on your machine to make sure that you won't have issues.
-
Hi Pregun, were you able to submit a sample here?
-
I guess BD needs to make some adjustments here. The question will be if it will be in the near future for this case.
