Looking at the date of the Wallet you created on 12/04/18 (April 12th) that was the old one you forgot the password for, correct, and just delete those entries? Remember to back up, export your current Wallet before doing any deleting, then delete those files. Otherwise, you may have to delete them all as that's what it…

Nice post, Sergiu

I'm not sure doing a uninstall/reinstall would correct this issue, as it would probably repopulate the old Wallet again. You could always open a ticket with bitsy@bitdefender.com and let them know what's going on. Submit this image along with your Central email account for starters and see what they can do for you.

Hello Try this, go to the Privacy window/View Features/click on My Wallets/and the 3 dots to the right should give you the option to delete it, even if it's not open (due to not having the password). Does this work in your case?

Yes, they're all back on FF & Chrome with Google search as well as Bing. I thought I'd wait for the update fix and noticed it late last night. Thanks for the good work, BD…

Still no Search Advisor on my end after another day and running a BD update and PC reboot. This will probably work itself out in the coming days. At least I didn't have a Firewall issue

No problem as far as the English, (your post is understood) as I only know 1 language and sometimes not even that very well, so kudos to you

Confirmed on my end, too after the Windows 1803 update. Both for FF and Chrome, both for Google and Bing. BDIS Build# 22.0.20.260. I'm sure something that significant from Microsoft will require a patch from BD, understandable.

As far as the Changelogs, no worries on my part. Would it be nice to see them sooner, yes, but it's not the end of the world. I hope you're doing well

Since you're not sure about the registry then it's probably best not to worry about that, but to just to clean up any hidden leftover files (even uninstall tools can leave some behind) and go from there. Have a great weekend

Bitdefender has a hard time with any leftovers of previous antivirus software, which in the past has really been true for the bigger install paid versions, but may also affect the free version. Does Avast have an Uninstall tool? If it does and you used it, it still can leave some folders/files that can upset a BD install.…

Stop the download/install and try like the thread below yours in this sub forum and disable firefox master password manager if you use that. I'm not sure if it will work, but just in case.

For the time being, did anyone try Gideon's above post idea of creating a new Wallet using only letters and numbers? Maybe that's why all of my wallets are working, and maybe why others who have not posted with this issue haven't had this problem? /index.php?/profile/213822-timedog/&do=hovercard" data-mentionid="213822"…

+1 voted. At least if it would open up to the same folder path, would help.

Hello, Since I don't have Total Security which has that feature, and have been away from the forum for 2-3 years I'm just going by past memory. That laptop will have to be online for you to be able to see it and enable the Anti-Theft feature against it. See if this…

lol...if you were using the AV+ I had such a good answer for you (as you may have seen from that brief period before I edited my above post). Here is what you would be able to do with that version as far as exclusions: https://www.bitdefender.com/support/adding-exclusions-in-bitdefender-2018-2094.html I understand though,…

Sorry, didn't realize it was the free version, someone else will have to help you.

It sounds like you were already one step ahead of me on trying the Exclusion. Again, I wasn't sure of how the protection "overlaps". I'm not sure how tied in ATD is with the AV on demand on access scanning engine, but try adding them to AV Exclusions, which should allow for that file extension: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2121/
