can't connect to any site with safepay Error ERR_NO_SUPPORTED_PROXIES(336): There are no supported proxies in the provided list. Is it only me experiencing this and can anyone here help?

Pup.optional.opencandy
it would be cool if BD could detect and delete Pup.optional.opencandy and all sort of unwanted programs like MBAM does. When this will be the case it will be the best security solution ever.But for now i still have to use MBAM because BD dont even detect such malicious programs.

System Scan Take Too Long
i ran a system scan on 07/07 and i had to stop it after 10 hours , i ran another one today and again i had to stop it after more than 5 hours is that normal ? never mind i posted on the wrong topic

for some reason safego is not activated and when i tried to activate it by going to mybitdefender.com i couldn't: ( Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out Can you fix your site please so i can access it.

safego is suppose to do a weekly report on facebook scans and the last one i got is dated august 2 does this mean i'm not protected with safego anymore?we are in sept 18 what happened since?

it's been several times now that i had issues with threats when running a full system scan and support did gather all infos after thoses issues occurences and they where supposed to contact me asap but till now i haven't heard from nobody. my safebox shows full 100%
i'm having the same issue, my safebox shows full 100% but there are no folders or files in it since i deleted everything. i also had to unsync the folder. please advise me on how to fix that problem.

System Is Not Virus Free Contact Support
i ran a system scan and bd find 994 files failed to be cleaned in wich 702 could not be scanned due to password protection.
