Hi everyone,
There is an issue with the system scan not showing the correct amount of items scanned in the app.
When completed a "system scan" the results shown in the app do not match with the results shown in central. However when adding all the scanned items shown in the xml system scan log it generates after the scan does show the correct amount that is shown in central.
This issue only seems to only occur with the "system scan" and not the "quick scan", the "quick scan" shows the correct amount of items scanned in the app results and in the central results.
I have already reinstalled my bitdefender total security and the issue remains.
I've contacted support about this issue and they had me run the "bitdefender supporttool.exe" to recreate the issue. I've sent them the support tool log file that was generated.
