I have 3 devices using bitdefender right now. If I install Password Manager will the other person's desktop be able to see my passwords and/or manipulate my passwords from their desktop?

Hello @Robert C Stevens

No, they will not be able to see your passwords as they would have to know your Password Manager login password as well as your Central email address. Your individual PM account has it's own separate login password as well as your own personal vault. That is the same for the multi Shared user version of PM, each one would set up their own personally protected vault.
