Password manager - improve visibility in the security report (password leaks)

Hello everyone,

I submit my idea to make more visible the results of the security report regarding the password leak. And this, even if I have not yet been confronted with this problem.

Indeed, for the sake of clarity, I think for example that in case of password leakage the "result" could be displayed in red. Conversely, "the result" could be displayed in green if no password leakage is found.

Currently, this does not seem to be the case (see my image capture below). Unless of course, I am mistaken.
