Possible False Positive

I've just downloaded Gowin V1.9.9.03 Education (Windows x86) from https://www.gowinsemi.com/en/support/download_eda/ . Unfortunately the download requires registration (which is free), and the file is over 350MB. I am seeing warning message as below. This came up immediately upon download and also after a deep ZIP file scan.

Can you assist please?
