I had to resubscribe via Google Playstore and when I opened the app, it's still on the payment page
It won't get past this reactivate page. I actually clicked the buy monthly subscription option and it just charged me AGAIN so there's two charges from my account via Google playstore. AND IT STILL won't get past the reactivate page.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your subscription. I also think the best way to move forward would be to contact Bitdefender Support, but at the same time I would recommend to contact Google Play Support as well. The Bitdefender representatives can address the double charge and issue a partial refund, while the reactivation problem should be investigated by Google, in my opinion, since it sounds like a glitch in the store.
