Absolutely infuriating support on this

I am trying to replicate my PWM data on a different PC. After logging in to BDCentral and installing the Firefox extension every attempt to log into that extension just asks me to go back to Central and log in… I tried the CHAT function and was misled. Removing the extension and closing the browser (as suggested) I was back at square one. The Chat window DOES NOT PERSIST, CONTRARY TO WHAT THE SUPPORT STAFF TOLD ME. In addition, the chat window is cemented in place so that, for example, it obscures other text that one needs to access. It cannot be repositioned. After a while the chat function helpfully suggested that they would email me. in other words told me to **** off. I have managed to fix this myself. Not sure how but I suspect that the VPN, as so often, was at least part of the problem.

This in contrast with an earlier operator who was very helpful when I blundered horribly by mislaying my backup PW data.

BTW what is "bitdefender wallet"? Damned if I've ever seen any trace of those words anywhere in the user interface. Incidentally not being able to bulk delete my own data from the interface is horrible - and I see I'm not alone….
