Password Manager and SecurePass

Malfunction Password Manager

Hello,

I try Password Manager for an administration. The website said the password is wrong. I check the password on the website with my phone and it's the same. What can I do ? Thank you for your help.

Have a nice day,

Paul

Check if the steps stated below help.

    1) Double-Check the Password: Even though you've checked the password on your phone, it's worth double-checking it again, ensuring there are no typos or hidden characters.

    2) Check the Caps Lock: Make sure the Caps Lock key is not accidentally turned on, as passwords are usually case-sensitive.

    3) Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, cached data can cause issues with password managers. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies might help.

    4) Try a Different Browser or Device: See if you can log in to the Bitdefender Password Manager using a different web browser or a different device altogether. This can help determine if the issue is specific to your current setup.

    5) Reset the Master Password:  https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/1520/

Important Note: If you reset your master password, you'll need to re-enter all your saved passwords in the password manager.
