Password Manager and SecurePass

Password Manager and SecurePass

Does Bitdefender Password Manager auto fill usernames and passwords on Windows Chrome

Just installed Bitdefender total security with password manager. Imported my password info from Kaspersky. The information for various accounts is correct and I've enabled auto Login on some accounts to test the password manager. However, the username/password information is not auto filled even with the auto login feature enabled. Does auto fill work on Windows and if so, do you have to individually enable auto login for each account?

When transferring login details from one password manager to another, sometimes the new password manager may not fully read the data. This has personally happened to me when I shifted my details from LastPass to Bitdefender Password Manager. There is a workaround for this:

Click on the Bitdefender Password Manager extension, then click the three dots next to the account where auto-login is not working. Select "Edit," scroll down to the bottom, and click on "Enable Auto Login." This should resolve your issue.

  • Can this be done en-masse for all transferred passwords? Rather than doing it 1 by 1?

  • Right now, I haven’t figured out any way to do that, and it seems there is no solution for it. I also had to do it one by one.
