I'm a new convert to Bitdefender from Kaspersky.   I've successfully loaded Password manager on my Windows computer and my Pixel phone.   I can't get it working on my Samsung S9 tablet.  
I downloaded the software and get to the step where I need to choose a Master Password.   I tried the password I used on my windows computer and when that didn't work,  I tried new ones.  The system wouldn't accept anything. 
I tried asking for help from Bitdefender customer service.   Totally unresponsive.   Can anyone tell me how to get through this problem,?  Or is there some hidden Customer service phone number?
