If you lost your recovery key, only Bitdefender Support can reset your account as explained in the support article below:

Follow the on-screen instructions and select the desired communication channel (chat, phone or email). For a quick contact, use the chat.

If you opt for email contact, you will need to fill out a form and then receive an email with an incident ticket number related to your request.

Note: Resetting your Bitdefender password manager will delete all saved usernames and passwords, with no way to recover them. Bitdefender support will also confirm this to you. If you can't remember your password, you'll lose all login details.
