having lots of trouble installing new Total Security

After much trouble I was able to get the VPN and Total Security to install but several attemps at getting the SecurePass to work have failed. It says it is installed and I have the extention but it still doesn't show as operational. I can continue to use pen and paper I suppose.

shows as installed but I click on configure and it just shows me the add-on is installed. Doesn’t go any further.

So, is Total Security successfully installed on your device now, but SecurePass doesn't seem to be working as expected? Also, are you logged on to the computer using an Administrator account?
