Email Protection in BD Premium Security

I just started using BD Premium Security and when I try to add email protection for either gmail or Outlook mail in Outlook, I get error messages resulting in protection not being on.

It never stops asking for permission for either account that I try. I have verified that google mail is allowed by checking the gmail settings.
