SecurePass Not Ready for Primetime
After suffering with poor instructions and plodding my way through exporting and then importing my Password Data (PW Manager to SecurePass), I was finally, able to access my login details for the various sites, etc. I need PWs for. Today, Bitdefender locked me out of SecurePass in my browser and I was forced to input my ID and PW for Bitdefender, which happen to be "Secured" in SecurePass! I need access to gain access. Same dumb issue that often occurred with PW Mgr.
Additionally, on my iPhone, SecurePass pasword listings provide NO Icon that will take me to the URL I need to log into. PW Mgr did this but SP has no such Icon. Also, SP offers no direct link to Support.
Someone mentioned using paid subscribers as Beta tools not being acceptable. I agree.

To get immediate update, make use of the chat option.
Also, ensure you do not have any ad-blocker or privacy-blocker extensions enabled, as they might prevent the chat window from appearing.

Assistance for annoying issues is one thing but there should be no need for ongoing hiccups. Today Secure Pass decided that I needed to log in with my Bitdefender full ID and PW again (which, as mentioned before requires me to log in to SecurPass to get my Bitdefender login and PW so I can log in to Secure Pass - followed by having to enter the PW password. I don't understand why Someone can't simple provide a workaround or actually cvorrect these annoyances, instead of telling me to check with support, yada-yada-yada.
Well, I guess complaining got me nowhere. If these issues continue I will find another security software.

Bitdefender SecurePass is currently under development and is continually improving and evolving. Eventually, it will surpass Bitdefender Password Manager by incorporating all its features, along with additional enhancements. I am currently using Bitdefender Password Manager and plan to transition to Bitdefender SecurePass once the former is no longer functional.
That being said, as Bitdefender SecurePass is still in its development stage, there may be some issues. This is why Bitdefender Password Manager remains available and has not been fully deprecated.

Similar issues here. I have to login to Bitdfender now every time I open my browser, and the Chrome extension simply doesn't work. It stays grayed out. Previous, it would take 10-30 seconds to fill in login infields, if it worked at all. Many more sites don't work (now none) with the extesnion. I don't like paying to be a beta tester. Very disastisfied with the "upgrade."
