Safepay Banking Cloudflare Error 600010
For one bank website, I am not able to sign in because Cloudflare doesn't recognize me as human and gives Error code 600010. On that website for both of my PCs (Win 10 and 11), Cloudflare lets me pass on that website with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. I also get Cloudflare approval in several other bill-paying websites using Safepay — this is only a problem with that one banking site.
This has been a problem for me for about 2 weeks. The customer service staff at the bank escalated the problem to their IT department, who informed me that they're not doing anything to block Safepay. They also implied they aren't too enthusiastic about generic Chromium browsers, but that it should work okay.
I've been using Bitdefender Safepay to access this website for a couple of years now. Is there anything I sould be doing here, or is there a solution in the works?

Hello.
I'm sure that @camarie, who is the main developer for Safepay, will help you with the issue.
In the meantime, you could do the steps below:
First, take screenshot(s) of the issue
and create a log file on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:
Next, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail:
with short description of the issue.
After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.
Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log file you already created in the first step.
Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find a solution to fix the issue.
Remember that the screenshot(s) and the log file will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding a solution.
NOTE: If the log file is larger than 25MB, you can upload the log file here:
Regards.

600010 is a Cloudflare configuration error. Usually this means in the CAPTCHA context that the backend thinks a robot is trying to access. I will look into it, but frankly since I don't know why this happens on the server side, it might take a while. Maybe it expects a browser with a newer user agent, which I am currently updating Safepay to.

I also have been having this problem with Cloudflare for a few weeks now. Same error code and only 2 of my banking websites are affected.
Have you found a solution yet?

An error has occurred. Reference code: 600010
also can not do a screenshot while in Safepay mode, so I can not send the report

I am still investigating, but since this is a server generated error I am still trying to find a cause. But I'm onto it.
