I have problem with my bitdefender, when I run it, a box appears and says "Bitdefender services are not responding. The bitdefender security service (vsserv.exe) is unavailable at the moment. Please restart the computer and try again. IF the problem persists. please check our online support website at: http://www.bitdefender.com.help. The contact information provided on this site allows you directly reach the Bitdefen Customer care team for further information.

In addition, I use win 7 and Bitdefender Antivirus 2011 Beta.
