Unexpected Error

I am having some intermittent issues with Anti-theft:

1) Some locations are wrong. One laptop was physically in North Carolina USA, but Anti-theft said it was in Washington State, USA.

2) Sometimes it takes a very long time to locate a device, especially a phone.

3) I occasionally get an "Unexpected Error" displayed. Please see attached screenshot.

Still getting this error a lot. Occasionally when I log into the Anti-Theft module online, I get an error 404.

Is there some sort of maintenance taking place causing this problem?
