Refund For Renewal

Hi I have two open tickets that I got on Feb.9th which is still within the 30 days since the renewal took place. I would like a refund because I no longer use the same computer nor do I have another one at the moment. I mainly use my smart phone right now or my school computer which came with it's own software. Since I'm not using bitdefender I can't be satisfied with the service. I have no issues with bitdefender and will most likely use them again once I do have another computer in the future. Is there a way I can get a refund, Is there a number to call? My open tickets are 2015020919560001 and 2015020919520002, thanks in advance.
