Locate Feature Not Working
I recently purchased the multi-device license for "Total Security 2015". One of the features I really like is the locate capabilities and the wipe feature. However, I've noticed one two of my "trial" systems their location is no longer being updated. On new additions to my subscription, I receive the following error when I ask it to locate any of the new systems, "An error has occurred while trying to locate the device."
Thoughts?

What device are you trying to locate: a Windows or an Android one?
Are you able to locate that device on Google maps?0
