Safepay And Paypal

I am using BitDefender Antivirus 2015 with Windows 10. Although I can use Safepay without difficulty on my bank site (even though it says it won't work without some sort of cookies which I have turned on but the message doesn't change) when it comes to using Paypal for online purchases, it does ask whether I want to use Safepay and when I click yes, I am presented with a blank screen. I then use the back arrow to get to the old Paypal login screen. Is there something I have to do to get Safepay to respond to Paypal?
