Safepay Corruption ?

BOOKMARKS:


I have three bookmarks -- Bank_A -- Bank_B -- Bank_C


When logging into Bank_B using their URL:


"https://ib.greater.com.au/onlinebanking/login.aspx" ...


- the log-in page reappears with a modified URL:


"https://ib.greater.com.au/OnlineBanking/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fonlinebanking%2fPromoPage.aspx"


... then with the same name and password I can log into Bank_B


BUT if I just use my browser (without SafePay) https://ib.greater.com.au/onlinebanking/login.aspx ... I only have to login once.

SETTINGS:


In "Settings" there are only two banks listed


Bank_A and Bank_B ... but no Bank_C


Assuming there was/is a bug in the Bank_B bookmark, I removed Bank_B in "Settings"


- but when SafePay restarted, Bank_B is still a bookmark, but Bank_B is not listed in "Settings" ... and nor is Bank_c still


- and when I attempt to login-to the phantom Bank_B (possibly first instance if bookmarks are overlaid) I still have to login twice :wacko:

Is there a profile file-folder for SafePay ? I am wondering if "it" is corrupted ?


- can SafePay be uninstalled and clean installed ?


These problem exist on two PCs (no network)


PC_1: Win7 Home Premium x86


PC_2: Win7 PRO x64


- purchased and installed BIS-2015 in June-2015 for both PCs,


PC_1 is a 2009 model which had BIS-2013 installed at one stage


- in March 2015 I experimented with another AV (K~) -- it was a disaster and screwed PC_1


- I wonder if an old BIS-2013 Safepay was leftover, after using the Bitdefender uninstaller to uninstall BIS-2013 ?

On this 2015 SafePay sub-forum and 2013 SafePay sub-forum Safepay bugs have been around for a very long time
