Unusual Crashes Today
So for whatever reason, Bitdefender crashed 3 times in the past hour. Once, I was able to get it working by going into Services and manually restarting the service. Rebooting starts Bitdefender, naturally, but it crashes soon afterwards.
Here's what I was able to find in the error report.

Please open a ticket with our Support Team using bitsy@bitdefender.com with all the details and also the log from the Bitdefender Support Tool that can be found under the name of supporttool.exe in your Bitdefender folder C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2016.

Supporttool.exe does not work. It freezes on "executing tools".

That could indicate a instability in the operating system, please try to run the tool in Safe Mode.
