I have to exclude my torrenting download folder (scanning of heavy torrent file-accesses interrupts all media playback every 1-30 seconds).
When this folder is excluded, everything works nicely. The problem is that after every system reboot, the 'excluded files and folders'-list is empty.
I must have added this folder some 50 times by now, highly annoying!
Running fresh install of Win 10 btw.
What to do?
