Please open a case with our support team using bitsy@bitdefender.com to further investigate this issue.
Please also provide them with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool located at C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2017 under the name supporttool.exe
The tool will save the logs on your desktop when it's done.0
