IP block in firewall

I want to block Firefox to connect to a specific IP address and port. I have Firefox added in firewall rules (allow access), but how to configure the rule to block two different IP/Port addresses? I can not add another rule for firefox.exe, because it is already there. Is it possible and if it is how?
