Device limit exceeded
Hi. I bought and installed Bitdefender some time ago, but something went wrong, and I could not activate my license, because in Bitdefender Central it said: "Device limit exceeded."
Can someone help me activate my product?

I have the same problem. I had to wipe my system twice in a week. I now have the Device limit error. I sent e mail to support last Friday 12/2/16.
I have not heard anything back. Can someone reset my account ??? My Central account is under bah555@yahoo.com.

I am having the same problem of exceeded device limit. I uninstalled from a computer I am disposing of and removed it from central. But still getting the error.
I chatted with support last night and they still have not resolved. Very frustrating that they couldn't do this without escalating. Maybe you can help?
