Refund


Hi, I recently had a system crash and had to get a new computer. Couldn't find my product to re-install so I bought a new one in frustration. I've just now received and email saying that my past subscription has just been renewed and I've been charged again for the old product. I'm using the Support Centre to try and ask for a refund but it just keeps looping back to the Help pages. When I try and open an email ticket it does the same. When I try to open Chat, it just gives me a blank popup. Anyone know how to contact them to start the refund process that won't loop around?
