Can't install
Hi,
I've just purchased Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac and I'm trying to install it on my iMac 5K running macOS 10.12.1. It runs the initial install piece, which installs the agent - but doesn't go on to install the main program. I've tried uninstalling, restarting in safe mode and then re-installing without any success. Currently I'm left with a program that won't even install, despite having been purchased. Is there any way to run the install for the second phase manually? And why does it have to use this strange procedure?
I tried raising a support ticket, but 2 days later I have nothing but the initial confirmation.
