Port blocked even after disabling firewall

After installing the BitDefender Internet Security 2016, I am not able to ping or access an IP based devices. All responses become Timedout. I even disabled Firewall in the settings, yet I am not able to.

    That is interesting problem..

    Have you tried to disable bitdefender autopilot feature ?
