Problems with Amazon??

I have been having trouble getting Bitdefender to install, specifically get it to start downloading the installable. This is a new OS build, with not much on. Windows firewall is disabled but Windows Defender is active. I ran the BD connectivity executable and found some interesting items.
First off my trace to nimbus.bitdefender.net has a few request timeouts, especially when trying to hit Amazon directly. Please see below:

I know you will get timeouts on the network side every so often, but it re-routes as quickly as possible, however look at lines 15-19. It took 5 timeouts for Amazon to respond. That to me is a real problem. The physical EC2 infrastructure should respond almost instantly, since it is available on the public Internet all the time.
Second the connectivity executable tried to ping bd.bdnc.net and could not get a response. It then tried to do a NSLOOKUP on this and got nothing. Please see below:

What is bd.bdnc.net to the actual download of the installable? Is it key, bc if it is then it looks to be down.
Can someone please look at this and help me solve my install problem?
