Error 1018


Hey guys,


My copy of Bitdefender has been running smoothly for ages. I went to run an update tonight before a scan and now i'm receiving Error 1018? After browsing a bit online, people recommend changing the update server? However, this appears not to be possible on the mac version.


Any help would be appreciated

    That error should be just a one time, please see if there were anymore occurrences. The product should have updated successfully afterwards.


    Should it be persistent in the logs, try connecting to a different network and see if the update encounters the same issue.
