in Bitdefender antivirus for mac


BD updates are taking up quite a bit of bandwidth. On the PC version, you can set it to only update virus definitions every 12 hours - how do I change that on my Mac?

    Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac updates every 60 minutes and the interval of the update cannot be changed.

    Thanks for the information. That kinda ######, though. BDUpdDaemon has used 1.35Gb of data over the past week or so. On a metered connection, that's too much for AV definitions.
