Programme Stopped

Hello,

So my pc is connected to the net. BitDefender is set to and has full access to auto update itself but it says it has an issue with updates.

I start the programme and click update and it immediately, within ten seconds says its ok and green ticks itself.

I am curious as to why this issue would occur.

Any advice would be welcome

Do you keep the computer shutdown for a long time? (12 hours +) ? Do you have any successful updates in Notifications?
