Early Renewal Offer Not Working

I’ve been sent an email to renew my subscription with 60 days remaining.  It is a good offer which I want to take up. I do not have autorenewal turned on and I do not want to.


  • If I click on the link it sends me to a page to renew at full price

  • if I go into my UK account to renew it sends me to a renewal page in $ (not the UK site) still not at the low price quoted in £ in my email


Am I missing a discount code somewhere?


I’ve been waiting for over a week know for the support team to get back to me. They have all of the details.


Is anyone else in the UK having these problems?
